well it's definitely a waste of money
but going once a decade or so isn't so bad

40 tickets for rides $20 (average ride 7 tickets)

funnel cake $4.5
meal for farm animals to hand feed $3 (gone in 3 seconds)
some bleach anime necklace which can be bought anywhere besides the fair $15
one chair massage from old chinese man $20 (worth every cent)

you really see people come out of the woodwork for the state fair
like for some people it's their family vacation
there were some nice crafts
a lot of flies
neat animals
a zebra that bite a llama
a llama that wanted to fuck some sort of antelope
cute baby pigs
cute baby sheep
a large obnoxious fire truck painted a little too patriotic for my taste
i made an equally obnoxious video in my g.w. voice about the truck
if i can figure out how to post that i will
maybe i'll be able to do that once i upgrade my computer with leopard

so i happened to illegally download some music recently. and one of the albums i downloaded was by a band called the acorn, have any of u guys heard of them?? it took a few listens to sink into the mood, but it's really good. it's a lot more adventurous than i was expecting. it's really nice and it makes me kind of want to have a girlfriend to share it with.
