will westbrook died 3 months ago but i only found out yesterday. i really like the gerbils. a wise internet girl once told me that "if you don't have time for music, it's time to seriously reevaluate your life" or something like that. i think it's time to change careers. around the same time will westbrook died some other guy died who was in a band called "daddy's hands" which was like the favorite band amongst all the hip canadian indie bands of today back in the late 90's. i think it's neat to look at artists that inspire and influence other artists, but remain unknown to most people who aren't artists. kinda like ray johnson was to everyone in the new york art scene in the 1960's. there is a great documentary about johnson called 'how to draw a bunny'. which i watched online through netflix. it's really awesome being able to watch whole movies online legally, for free. i watched a movie on there that netflix is distributing called "sherrybaby" which features a lot of naked, slutty maggie gyllenhaal. it's not the most exciting film, but it was pretty well made and fairly unpredictable. and maggie has amazing tits.
