wow sugey, it looks like a great time was had. are those mosquito bites on the legs? or bruises? or you girls found some good meth in mexico? i love mexico. viva las senoritas bonitas!
we were on the northwest corner of the Yucatan. the biggest city to us was Merida, the state capital. i really loved the little coastal villages though. not a lot of tourists at all, and the loacls were super friendly.
the ruins we went to were Uxmal -- said to be the prettiest in the land. my girlfirends were freaking out on the pyramid decent, their fear of heights made worse by the awkward miniskirts. a groups of french toursits (like 20 of them) applauded when they made it to the bottom.
those are mosquito bites on her legs. that particular girl went back to canada with hundreds of bits -- she obviously had some kind of allergy, too. they'd blow up to the size of silver dollars (or toonies). but she was a good sport, a real tropper!

seeing this makes me feel even worse for not having travelled at all yet in this continent.
