well i don't have invites (is that only a power user thing?), but waffles is/are great.
my top share ratio is a battle between mia and dream theater(!), which i downloaded for nostalgia's sake, followed by graceland and the dock of the bay...kinda weird...
i recently got an rjd2 album, the latest dinosaur jr, circulatory system (which is great), apples in stereo, and islands. i like all of them.
oh god i got sooooo much good shit on leech free day this week. Anyone else heard The Tallest Man On Earth yet? Guy sounds a lot like Dylan vocally. The songs are really good. I also got every single tom petty album ever.

first five gigs you download there are no ratio requirements, so you have some time to sort of get used to the set up and figure out how everything works. There is some good stuff in the FAQ. I'd say reading through that is a good place to start. Just try to leave your downloads seeding as much as possible after you download them. That should get you up to a semi decent ratio if you keep it up. To get a really good ratio you have to upload a lot of fresh stuff.

and stop starving. get a masters degree or something, unless then you can put off starving until your loan grace period ends.
oh an p.a., it's real easy. you only need a .5 ratio or something, maybe even less.
they also have free leech periodically, so download doesnt count but upload does.
and a good tip is to find something that is on there but not in a lossless format (like flac). read the faq like he said, because if you can upload a better version then yours gets to stay. and uploading lossless format shit is the best way to build your ratio.
