OK so I just did a google search for WIDF.
Don't ask me why. I was actually looking for an old photo I took back in 2002 and I seem to remember posting it on there and was actually willing to try and search the archives for it.
ANYWAY the point is, one hit landed on this thread on "All Things Not Weezer" called "boardies we want back." I didn't a quick read through. No Armentrout.
But the masses are clamoring for the return of the MoogMagician and TheGrudgeX.
Anyway, congrats moog. you're a legend.

he's probably out following rivers cuomo on his fan jams and screaming out freebird each time he asks for setlist help. that or having a hard time peeling his mccain 08 sticker off of his ford taurus.
i really would like to know more about TheGrudgeX. what does he look like? where does he live? does he have a girlfriend/wife/children? what is he up to? is he administering any other message boards?

I have difficulty admitting to people I have Internet only friends (you all) because I would then gave to admit I was active on a weezer discussion board. It's a true exercise of humility.
Grudge was the worst.
Moog was ok until he hit puberty.
i only found you guys from searching built to spill which lead to the weezernation bts board. pinkerton was fun in the 90's but not enough to make me talk about it online
it's also a little funny that my ex girlfriend always had a little jealousy of lesusie.
I think I was going through some kind of quarter life crisis back then.

it kinda made me feel sick reading the thing, honestly.
i can't really remember anything about moog or grudge except grudge worked at a liquor store and whenever he'd say something idiotic, i'd say "hey how's the liquor store?" then someone would post that Bunghole Liquors photo.

remember the mooning pic i posted 3,482 times? i wish i still had that picture. my restaurant xmas party is this weekend. wish i had that super 8 camera thing.
i remember reading one of moog's posts on homosinsuality at atnw, where he said something like 'you don't see it occur any other animals, do you? i wonder why..'
it was just so baffling on a number of levels. and i admit i wish i could see what reasons for the iraq war they're currently standing behind. i also remember when grudgexxxx posted an article from like the jerusalem times or something, thread title like "Coalition forces find CHEMICAL WEAPONS PLANT"
but of course that wasn't why the invasion occurred, anyways.
looking back i'm pretty alright with the time i spent on weezer messageboards, i kinda wish i didn't remember so much stuff though.
I remember getting banned all those times.
Christ, I hadn't thought about that place in a long time. Remember the fake feud/banning of Trout? I was an admin on that mother for like 3 days before I got relegated of my duties for fucking with lame peoples custom titles too much. I wonder how many posts I had before I self banned myself. I can't even remember exactly what it was that made me flee. Good decision though. Hard to believe that was 5 or 6 years ago.

I remember the last time I got banned was because Grudge said something really offensive and I told him off.
Then he got really pissed and started ranting. Like post upon post upon post ranting about how much he hated me.
And I didn't post for like 3 days (which for me was an eternity) during which time he continued to post about me and how much he hated me and wanted me to respond.
Then he eventually banned me on the grounds of not responding to his rant.
sounds about right. god just thinking of how gay the name of that place was gives me the douche chills. the weezer.....introspective......discussion.....forum.

ditto, this little place is honestly my only experience in internet meeting people too. What a long strange trip it's been. Also, now that i think of it, where the fuck is Rob? He's back from Africa right, he should post in this nostalgic comment arena as well.
I never would have believed back then I'd still be in touch with you all going into 2009, but I'm really happy I am!
