hummingbabies
i had to post something to rid myself of seeing that weezer post everytime i looked at our blog
outside my bedroom has been a hummingbird nest (they lay the smallest eggs)
kay bought them a feeder
and i've watched them for the last month or so
today i stood on a chair and quickly took some pictures
i think i found the babies
i hope i didn't disturb anything
nothing was touched
but mother's have that instinct

i'm surprised she let you get that close to her and her nest. I've seen hummingbirds go on the defensive attack before.
it's pretty neat to see inside the nest!
the babies are growing and our sticking their heads out. i've watched the parents feed them a few times. i've taken some pictures i'll post them up a little later
